Where do we deliver?

Presently, our shipping services are limited to addresses within South Africa.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes at the moment.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

What if an item is missing from my delivery?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

Our courier service, The Courier Guy, provides proof of delivery. If the package cannot be located, please notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at We will initiate a trace with our courier partner and proceed with the necessary follow-up procedures. Typically, this process takes around 2-5 business days.

What should I do if I receive goods that are damaged or broken during transit?

Occasionally, goods may sustain damage during transit, and we are committed to replacing them promptly. Kindly take a photograph of the damaged item, as this assists our packing team in enhancing the packaging process. Please refrain from discarding both the product and its packaging, as these may be necessary for processing your claim. Returns Policy

1. Overview 1.1. This Returns Policy governs the conditions and circumstances under which SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED Products (“Products”) purchased by consumers (“You/Your”) online from or in retail stores (“Stores”) will be accepted by SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED for return and refund. 1.2. You are not entitled to any refund or replacement except to the extent expressly provided for in this Returns Policy.
1.3. Please note that You may not return Products bought online in a Store;
2. Your Right to Return Non-Defective Products: 2.1. If You are unsatisfied with Your purchase upon receiving the Product, You may return it to SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED within 14 days from the date of purchase for Store purchases or date of delivery for online purchases, without reason or penalty, to obtain a refund of the full purchase price, provided that: 2.1.1. the Products are in their original purchased condition and packaging without the seal (where applicable) being broken in any way; 2.1.2. the original till slip accompanies the return for Store purchases, and the Skin Care Simplified online order number is provided for online purchases; otherwise, no refund will be given. 2.2. Products causing a sensitive or allergic reaction may be returned if You: 2.2.1. had a consultation with a SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED consultant prior to purchasing the Product and fully disclosed all relevant medical and sensitivity issues to the consultant; 2.2.2. provide SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED with a written explanation and photographs of the sensitive or allergic reaction. 2.3. Complimentary Products, gifts, and/or samples may not be returned.
3. Right to Return Defective Products: 3.1. You can return defective or damaged Products for a replacement or refund within 1 month of the date of purchase for Store purchases or date of delivery for online purchases, provided You provide proof of purchase. 3.2. Products will not be considered damaged or defective if the damage or fault results from normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, improper or inadequate care of the Products, alterations, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Refunds: 4.1. Where applicable, SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED will refund You the purchase price paid for the returned Products as follows: 4.1.1. Cash and debit purchases will be refunded by electronic funds transfer into Your bank account, as per Your election. 4.1.2. Purchases made on credit will be refunded to Your account held with the applicable credit provider. 4.1.3. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase. 4.2. Original invoiced delivery charges will not be refunded by SKIN CARE SIMPLIFIED.
